2020年12月至2021年2月瑜伽班 報名安排&抽籤報名程序
報名須知
- 參加資格：本會會員
- 收集時段：2020年11月9-20日
- 所需文件：報名表及必須以支票付款；每一課程需交一張支票。
支票抬頭請寫「香港中華基督教青年會」或“Chinese YMCA of Hong Kong”；
支票背面請寫上學員姓名及聯絡電話，期票恕不接受。
抽籤結果
- 公佈抽籤結果 及 公開報名日：2020年11月23日
- 抽籤結果可於本會所網頁瀏覽http://bsc.ymca.org.hk；未能成功中籤者將個別通知。
- 所有成功中籤者之支票將於截止報名後一天開始入票
- 成功之申請者請於2020年11月23日後取回有關收據

Registration Details
- Qualifications: all YMCA Members
- Collection Period: November 9-20, 2020
- Document Needed: Application Form & MUST PAY BY CHEQUE;
please issue a separate cheque for each class.
Cheque payable to “Chinese YMCA of Hong Kong”, please also state
the name and contact number on the overleaf. Post-dated Cheque will not be accepted.
Enrollment Result
- Result Posted Date and Public Application Day: November 23, 2020
- Enrollment result will be published on website: http://bsc.ymca.org.hk; unsuccessful applicant will be notified individually.
- Cheques of all successful applications will be cash-in on the next day of enrollment deadline.
- Successful applicants please collect receipt after November 23, 2020.
